University hall is branded poverty hall and for good reason because it’s small and not the prettiest of halls but for my first year, I was completely fine with this- I intended to spend a lot of time outside of my room and socialise, had to share a flat with 4 others and it was fine, you get to write a personal statement about yourself so they match you up with agreeable people & I enjoyed my flat & flatmates for that … It has a great social life, with regular formals and socials, and stunning hall drama. University Hall was constructed in 1971 and was the first self-catering Hall of Residence built on the Stoke Bishop site and accommodates around 300 students. Top tip.

Being in Wavy-ley means we have some big ass kitchens that they could only dream about in University Halls or Durdham.

I still live in Bristol and wouldn't really recommend the Unite Halls - one is just … I went to Bristol university and was in Churchill Hall in Stoke Bishop and would also recommend the catering halls for a first year student.
